    Onawa-san,

    What is the VIN slew rate? What is the timing of the EN signal relative to VIN? As per datasheet, PG pull-up resistor needs to be ideally connected to VREG5 via a high enough resistor (25k to 150k). The 4.4A inductor current rating could be an issue especially since you are ramping up fast with a small soft-start cap and this device has valley current protection. So, the peak current levels could be as high as 6A-7A plus depending on ripple.
