BQ27Z561EVM-011: INT/Puls function is not working in bq27z561EVM

Hi Team,

I am trying to bq27z561EVM for testing these two functions - INT/Pulse feature. I notice these pins cannot be pull up by 3.3 volts w/10K resistor on board. 

Here is my settings on EVM. Could you check what's root cause?  Meanwhile, does it mean INT pin is only active low selection when this pin is only open-drain
