where is the difference between 

LP5910-1.2PYCPR

and

LP5910-1.2YKAR

    Hi Fred,

    The difference is in the ball size for the DSBGA package. YCP refers to 150um balls versus YKA refers to original 200um ball size.

    This in turn also translates to the height - YCP has a 0.327mm max height vs YKA has 0.4mm max height.

    From a silicon standpoint they are the same.
