TPS61085: Using resistor to tie Pin 7 (Freq) up or down

Hi,

I am hoping to use a resistor to tie Pin 7 (Freq) up or down on the tps61085 boost converter. Are there any restrictions for that pin or would a zero ohm resistor suffice. Are there any implications when routing that I should be aware of too.

Hello!

There doesn't appear to be any restrictions based on the EVM, the FREQ pin is run to a connector and a jumper either connects it to GND or VCC, I'd say a jumper is is no different than a 0-ohm resistor. I'll let the product line chime in here but not sure what would cause the concern.

There should be no special restrictions for FREQ pin. I would suggest use zero ohm resistor. Thank you.
