Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS43060
Hi Team,
The Webench model for the CSD19538Q2 shows a Qrr of 0nC, resulting in incorrect efficiency numbers for some controller designs. Can the model be updated?:
Thanks,
Antonio

Hi Antonio,
Thanks for the above post. We verified for one of the device and found that Qrr is getting displayed. To further look into this issue, Could you please share WEBENCH design for which Qrr is displayed as 0?
PFA the design where Qrr is displayed as 94nC:

Hi Shaheen,
Thanks for looking into this. I will share the design. It is for the TPS43060 boost controller.

Antonio
Hi Antonio,
Thanks for sharing the above information. For the above device, we are observing Qrr is getting displayed as below:
Could you please share your WEBENCH design? Please follow below steps.
1. Create the WEBENCH design and click on "Export" tab. Look for share icon just below it. Pleas click on it.
2. Click "GET LINK" from Public Link tab.
3. Share the generated link with us.

Hi Shaheen,
I had shared it with you internally using the Webench share feature. Here is the public link: https://webench.ti.com/appinfo/webench/scripts/SDP.cgi?ID=FA0320DD78D4046F. On my end, M1 still shows 0nC Qrr for some reason.
Thanks,
Antonio
Hi Antonio,
Thanks for sharing the Webench design. We should be able get back to you by next week with an update on this.
Best Regards,
Bhushan
Hi Antonio,
We were able to identify the cause for this issue. We are observing that for few of the MOSFETs, Qrr is entered as 0 in our database which was somehow affecting your WEBENCH design. We are working on fixing this issue and we will get back to you by next week.
Regards,
Shaheen S M
Hi Antonio,
We have updated the WEBENCH model for the device to select MOSFET's with non zero Qrr value in the database. The Update will be available on ti.com by next WEBENCH release(Tentatively by Mid April).
