LM3880: LM3880

Part Number: LM3880
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS5402,

Hi

I am designing a new Zynq 7030 circuit (XC7Z030-2FFG676I) and have been working on the power sequencing.  I found the PMP10613 quite useful and am aware it is for a more powerful Zynq chip (7045).  I have come up with a design based mostly on that concept but using different parts.  I have done this because on my circuit, there will be a TI ADC (ADS5402), therefore I want to keep switching noise and all other sources of noise (radiated and conducted) down to a minimum.  I am using the ADI silent switcher 2 range for the DC-DC converters but otherwise, almost all other parts are TI. The other difference is that having to generate 4.6V is really not convenient, I would like to run it off a 3.8V DC-DC supply and use an LDO to get 3.3V.  Can someone look over this and tell me if it seems sensible.  Any and all comments welcome.

  • Hello

LM3880 is a three channel sequencing and it does not care much about the down stream power supply.

Are you looking for comments  the total solution? if so, I need transfer this post to different team.

    Regards
