As I know, ON pin do not have to be float.

Is there no pull-up or pull-down internally on this pin?

If ON pin will be left float, what's the status of Vout?

Could you please let me know it and explain?

Hi Michael,

If the ON pin is floating, the device is operating in a non recommended state. It could be on, off or even partially on. This is why we recommend using a pull up or pull down resistor on this pin. There is no internal pull down on this pin.
