UCC27524: negative spike on UCC27524

Part Number: UCC27524

Hi Team,

During tests, we find there is -0.5V/22ns spike on INA pin of UCC27524. Is it OK? Thanks.

  • Hello Given,

-0.5V for 22ns should be OK on input, but this could be induced through measurement specifically by long probe ground leads.

Ensure that customer is using tip & barrel method or short GND probe connection to capture the measurement.

FYI, UCC27524A (-5V abs max) is also available and is p2p, it has similar performance except better negative voltage handling capability on inputs.
