Hello, can you please share your schematic and project file form Fusion? Also, please try to increase the per-phase current limit, to see if the situation improves.

Hello,

Can you please:

- post the configuration file? I would like to check the compensation settings.

- Capture SW and CSP waveforms in addition to VOUT during failed turn-on attempt.

- What happens if you set the UV FAULT RESPONSE to IGNORE, just for debug. Does it boot and operate normally afterward?

Hello,

You can also change Vout_Transition_Rate to a lower rate (say 5mV/us or lower) and see if it solves the problem.
