We have the IEC report for BQ24297 which is pin-compatible to BQ24192. Please see the attached.IEC62368-1 AK 50453827 0001_BQ24297.pdf

The BQ24297 is a low voltage version of the BQ24192. The BQ24297 report can be a reference for the BQ24192.
