TPS3808: Clarification of Dash Marks above and below AVO marking

Do you have any information what is failing?  Has the customer offered a schematic for us to review?  Before I can forward this information to the appropriate people, I would need more information.

The U1 is supposed to hold the voltage low from U4 pin1 for about 6 seconds and then release back the voltage to 3.3 vdc. But these defective U1s are just holding the voltage low continuously. Refer to the electric schematic on the next page.

Can you tell me what is the value of the capacitance on the CT pin?

i do not have that information. This info is from an older RMA and i recently recieved a new RMA for these same devices from a different end customer

We were trying to find out what the Dash marks Signify as only devices with the dash marks were causing customer failures

The dash marks signify the binary date code and lot identification.  Do you know if anything else change like the schematic?

I have not gotten any further information yet, But I am trying. We had an RMA a while Back on this device, and recently just got another RMA from a different customer. I would like to determine why these are failing, even if it is customer application oriented. I will follow up when i have the answer to your question about C1.
