I found "M Package" at "Electrical Characteristics" in p.3 datasheet REF102.
I'm interested in 5ppm/1000hr.
What is M package?
Is it available product as of now?

M is code of a TO-can style 8 pin package. Availability of the REF102 in that package stopped back in 2002. May I know the application and need for the low long term drift?

We currently don't have any products with such low long term drift. Depending on the calibration interval and the temperature range of operation one of the following products may be suitable: REF7025 (in Ceramic) about to release https://www.ti.com/product/REF70, REF5010: https://www.ti.com/product/REF5010 or the REF3450: https://www.ti.com/product/REF3450.
