TPS53015: About TINA simulation model

I'm designing a power circuit using TPS53015.

I'd like to check the operation of the circuit using TINA simulation, but there is not TINA model for TPS53015 on the Web site.

Can I use the TINA simulation mode for TPS53014 instead of the TPS53015?

I could find TINA simulation mode of TPS53014.

Hi,

If you don't simulate the function connected with PG, it should be okay. The difference between TPS53014 and TPS53015 is pin 2 definition, one is SS pin the other is PG pin.

Lishuang Zhao is correct. If you don't need to include the PGOOD functionality in your simulation, you can use the TPS53015 model for your simulation, just set the SS to GND capacitor to 12nF to set the soft-start time to 1.4ms to match the TPS53015's internally set soft-start time.
