Hi 

My customer wants to know how MIN and MAX in the specification are defined? Is defined by what σ (standard deviation)? thanks.

    Hi Rock,

    The min and max spec limits found in the datasheet are defined such that our parts are guaranteed to be within those limits under the conditions specified in the datasheet. With that said, TI guarantees its parts to be 100% factory tested/screened to ensure the parts operate with the min/max spec limits.  TI does not guarantee or specify specific parametric distributions but do stand behind the max/min datasheet specifications.
