Can the voltage settings pin be connected with an MSP430 uC directly to set output voltage? I need to set the voltage by driving respective pins of TPS7A47 TPS7A47 directly from uC.

Hi Bivin,
Yes, the ANY-OUT pins can be driven by the microcontroller as long as your microcontroller forces GND (0V) on the pins.
Hi
I'm planning to use MSP430 uC, will it be able to drive the same without any external pullups ?
Hey Bivin,
I focus on power and LDOs in particular so I'm unsure what theMSP430 will require but I'll move this over to the MSP430 forum to see if they can provide an answer.
Hi
I just checked TPS7A47. The voltage selection pin can be open or ground to select different voltage output. You can use MSP430 IO for the selection. Open state is the input state for 430-IO. GND is the output 0 state for 430-IO.
