TPS62050: TI solution suggestion

Dear Team,

Do we have any suggestion can meet these spec as below?

Vin:5-10V

output:3.9V@400mA and 3.3V@600mA

Iq lower than 1uA is better

    Jimmy,

    We don't having anything that will given you  < 1uA Iq at this time for these operating conditions, but we do have a new family of devices (TPS62903/2/1) coming out later this year that will give you better Iq and efficiency than the TPS6205x device(s).

    BTW, even though we are only showing the TPS62903 (3A version) online at the moment, we are currently offering the 1A version (TPS62901) as an EVM today as well.

    Additionally, if the end application can support a 3.8V output voltage instead of 3.9V, you may be able to take advantage of the TPS62901's internally settable ("VSET") feature which will remove the need ( and Iq) of a traditional feedback divider off of Vout.
