    Hello Ian, for nominal 24V application and 59V load dump, often customer select 60V device say.

    ABSMAX specification is usually interpreted as DC voltage unless otherwise specified.

    LMR36506 or LM5164 might be good option.

    Also have some options that are soon to be released publicly. You will need to contact me by email for those though.
