I want to build a switching regulator with a variable output voltage (through a variable resistor FBB).
I simulated various output voltages in Webbench, initially without changing the proposed circuit.
At 14V the power loss in the Mosfet suddenly becomes too great. only from 15.08V upwards is this acceptable again.
I cannot understand the sudden jump between 15.07V and 15.08V in the power loss.
My Settings: Vin-max 25V, Vin-nom 24V, Vi-nmin 23V
Iout-max 5A, Iout-nom 3A, Temp(enviroment) 40°C
f-switch 1190 kHz
Output voltage in steps from 22V to 10V.
