UC3709: MOSFET Driver to drive the ultrasonic atomizer

I've been thinking to use the UC3709 MOSFET driver to drive the ultrasonic atomizer transducer to create a mist/humidifier.

As going through driver IC, seems that IC can support a max of 40V. Is there any other driver which could support a higher voltage?

Ultrasonic atomizer transducer specs as below,

Resonant freq-1.7MHz

Capacitance-1500pF

The voltage on the transducer peak to peak- 110V(MAX).

Hello,

Our closest candidate is UCC27524 though it is limited to 20V abs max while UCC27531 family (single ch-) may also be a good option with 35V abs max.

Since the transducer require an alternating signal, I think Dual-channel driver would be helpful.
