The UCC5870-Q1 gate driver datasheet has no insulation specification according to VDE V 0884-11 or 0884-10 included.

Could you please provide the needed values (e.g.like in UCC23313-Q1 datasheet)?

Can the gate driver UCC5870-Q1 be used in automotive applications with dc-link voltages up to 1000V?

The isolation voltage is 3750Vrms per UL1577. For the working voltage per VDE, let me confirm with the team and get back you tomorrow.

Hi Lukas,

The working voltage for UCC5870-Q1 is 1000Vrms and 1414V DC or AC peak. We don't have all certifications as chapter 6.7 of the UCC21736-Q1 datasheet planned yet. Is there a specific certification required for your application?

Has the UCC5870-Q1 Reinforced insulation per EN 61010-1:2010(3rd Ed) upto working voltage of 1000VRMS ?

Per VDE 0884-10, this is planned. And 3750Vrms isolation per UL1577, it is basic isolation.
