Hi,

Currently, the software tests the PWM signal, the signal is sent normally.

At this time, before connecting the LED light, the IOUT voltage is measured as 12V.

When the LED light is connected, the LED light quickly changes from on to off.

The voltage measurement is about 0V.

What circumstances can cause this problem?

Our device is a constant current device, so it's so wired that customer connect Vbat to the cathode of the LED and gnd to the anode of the LED.

Please reference the datasheet to check the schematic!

Because Iout3 is not used, can Iout3 connect to VSNS3 as shown in the picture? THX

Iout3 and VSNS3 connection is right.

What would happen when IOUT1 is connected to LED but IOUT2 is not connected to LED? THX

i think all channel will be off due to the fault dection, and i recommend you to read the datasheet fault table section,
