TPS63020: TPS63020 became extremally hot

Thank you for reaching out. I'd like to confirm several questions with you:

1. Are every boards have same high temp issue?

2. What's the another TPS63020 temperature?

3. Is this 119C temp IC working correctly and output 4.5V?

1. Only this board had such high temperature.

2. Today suspicious device has normal temperature.

3. I compared voltage output on failed board with known good board, and failed board has approximately 3.3 V compared to 4.6 V on the known good board. Unfortunately, I am unable to insert copies of scope screen, because it requires URL and there is no option to insert images from files.

It looks like the device on failure board doesn't work appropriately. Has this board schematic and layout be reviewed by TI FAE before? If not, could you share it here?

What's the failure rate so far?

TPS63020 schematics already shared. To share complete board schematics and PCB layout - we will need to sign NDA, and E2E forum is not the right place for this. We prefer to work with TE FAE directly if possible. This is the first known failure.
