TPS61030: Can TPS61030 be a voltage to voltage converter?

This part, TPS61030PWPR, can it be a DC to DC converter?

I wanna use it to boost 3.3V to 5V, then provide the USB port.

I am afraid of its Voltage(V) to Current converter, not V to V.

Could you answer the question?

Yes, TPS61030 is a boost converter. May I know your application output current? You can select newer devices like TPS61023.

The max output current is 1A.

What I want to know is TPS61030 is constant voltage output (like the common boost IC) or constant current output (like LED driver IC).
