UC3843: Pspice Model

Part Number: UC3843
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28C43

We're looking for the UC3843's Pspice model for simulation. However, we only find out one on ti.com that is UCC28C43. Are both identical? What's the difference?

Is this Pspice model able to do the frequency response/loop gain analysis?

SIMULATION MODEL

  • Hi,

They are pin compatible. There are small differences. You need to compare the datasheets electrical table. One of them is UC3843 temperature range is narrower. But on simulation to check overall transient response, UCC28C43 PSpice model can represent UC3843.

The model is a PSpice Transient Model. You may try if it is ok to make small signal simulation.
