TPS536C7: the EVM firmware of TPS536C7B1

Part Number: TPS536C7
Dear sir,
My customer read the Firmware from the TI EVMTI Controller TPS536C7B1)and download  to customers systemTI Controller TPS536C7B1,But customer  system is unable to boot after  controller enable Pin pull high.
Customer’s debug steps are as bellows:
1.     The peripheral circuit of customers controller is same as the peripheral circuit of TI EVM controller;
2.     The GUI can communicate normally with controller;
3.     The Controller VDD 1.5V reference, PWM tri-states, CS reference voltage are normal;
4.     Some registers can be modified;
5.     but Some registers can not be modified by GUI; such as (EEh) MFR_SPECIFIC_EE (PIN_DETECT_OVERRIDE);
6.     The GUI is abnormal. Such Vin reporting is 5.5V, Vin UV threshold is 4.5V,but GUI report Vin UV;
7.     Customer’s application is rail A: Vin=4-6V, phase=6 (PWM1-PWM6), Fs=1.2MHz, Vo=0.8V (Modify Vo by GUI).
8.     Can TI help to provide a firmware to power system?
you can send it to me,  jack-li@ti.com

Regards,

Jack
