Would you please let me know whether is there the difference in the internal structure of TPS22915CYFPR and TPS22914CYFPR ?


Our customer is confirming to replace TPS22914CYFPR to TPS22915CYFPR.
They need check it to decide to use this device.

Hi Hirashima-san,

The difference between 914 and 915 is the presence of QOD in the TPS22915 device and so they are not exactly identical. This means that when TPS22914 is disabled, there will be no quick output discharge to pull down the output rail. If this is acceptable, then TPS22914 and TPS22915 can be interchanged.
