I've a requirement for SMPS as below:
Vin range: 30-350V
Vout1: 18V @0.7A
Vout 2: 12V @0.5A
Fsw: 85-100KHz
Topology: Flyback DCM
Isolation: NO
Cout: 56.2uF
I've taken feedback from 18V line using type-2 compensator circuit. I looked at some of the example circuits available on TI reference guides but none of them have the design calc when it comes to feedback loop - I also looked at PMP9334 which is similar application range, but again the feedback loop design calc are missing.
Below is what I've so far working... I;ve tested at 35V for all the low & high loads for my design requirements - the o/p is very regulated. the circuit seems to work ok up to 100V with 10W output load (on 18V line). After this the transformer starts buzzing a bit and the Isns starts to saturate ...
I saw another post by one of another user here is it possible to share the compensation tool for everyone ?

I do not know of a compensation calculation tool specific for TPS40210 flyback. Please have a look at the power stage designer tool to design your loop.
