Good day.
Our customer is having an issue with BQ24610EVM in charging Li-ion cell of 3.6V. He used an external power supply. Instead of 5A of charging current he is only getting 0.3A and when he measure voltage on BATT it is 20V instead of 3.6V. Refer to the attached image below for his set-up.
Appreciate your advise on this.
