My immediate need is to come up with an architecture for a HARD Isolated House-Keeping power supply (~50W).
Similar to TIDA-070002
The PWM Controller’s (UC1843A-SP) SEL/SEB/SEGR has immunity up to 75 MeV.cm2/mg which is good news.
The Space Catalog states that the SEL of Isolated Magnetic feed back device (UC1901-SP) is Bipolar.
Bipolar does not tell me much. Is it Bipolar on SOI? I guess what I want to know is does the UC1901-SP get latch up? If yes, at what SEL level?
