Do the TPS22914 and TPS22915 use the same Die?
Or is there a difference in Die between TPS22914 and TPS22915?

Hi Saito-san,

The difference between TPS22914 and TPS22915 is that TPS22915 has quick output discharge while TPS22914 does not offer this feature.

Apart from that, they are similar devices.
