I am a graduate student pursuing my PhD degree towards power electronics converters for extreme low temperatures. I am interested in using onw of your reinforced gate drivers UCC21540-Q1 for cryogenic cooled applications. I am interested in knowing internal stages of transistors inside the gate driver. If someone can update me on the type of gates and logic used in the IC itself. For an example, whether UCC21540-Q1 uses CMOS based stages or not.
