LMZ10500: Can the LMZ10500 be used in an inverting buck-boost regulator topology?

Yes the LMZ10500 can be used in the inverting buck-boost configuration.
We also have newer alternatives to the LMZ10500, like the TPSM8282x series of buck modules.

By the way, what is your intended application and specs of your design?
