UCC23513: Highest IGBT collector voltage

Hello Team,

My Customer would like to know using the typical application for UCC23513 is shown in the diagram below, what is the highest IGBT collector voltage that can be supported? Can UCC23513 support a 3KV IGBT in this configuration? Is the package choice critical? Are Viotm and Viosm applicable in this scenario, being 8000Volts?

Hello Don,

Good day and thank you for this response. The white paper is helpful, however, my customer wanted to have the test results for IEC62368 specifically for the below parameters. They would like to know the waveform shapes, duration, and voltages for these tests.

The customer will have to buy the spec themselves. We are not allowed to send it out.
