TPS65320D-Q1: The resistor between GND and PowerPAD

In the block diagram of TPS65320D-Q1, there is a resistor between Pin GND and Pin PowerPad. My customer is wondering the value of the resistance.

Can you help to answer this?

Hello,

The power pad should be connected to device ground pin. The resistance between power pad and ground pin is not specified. I will measure it tomorrow and provide the measured value. May I know why this resistance value is important in your application?

Hello, the resistance between the power pad and GND pin is higher than 1000 K Ohms. There is no electrical connection to the power pad.
