Hi TI Team,

I am looking a BUCK Regulator with efficiency near by 95% or more.

Input Voltage - 12V

Output Voltage- 5V@4Amp

Efficiency - more than 95%

Heat sink is not required in the system.

Please suggest the suitable parts.

TPS565201 can meet efficiency requirement. Please see below simulation result with Webench.

Hi Kumar,

I checked that TPS566231 efficiency under 12Vin-5Vout-4A can be up to 94.9%, under 12Vin-5Vout-3A can be up to 95.2%. You can check the datasheet or request an EVM on TI.com to evaluate.
