BQ76940EVM: I2c Communication Problem and not get voltage on Regout pin.

I did I2C Communication with BQ76940 before some , Now I try to Communicate I2C with bq76940 but I couldn't, And I check Voltage on REGOUT its 0V also LED D48 and D49 is ON, please help me to solve i2c communication, why this LEDs are On and REGOUT = 0v.

    Hi Jinal,

    If the REGOUT is 0V, then the device may be in SHIP mode. The device will not boot up until you press the 'Boot' button on the board.

    If you do not see REGOUT turn on after pressing the Boot button, then the IC is not functioning and may need to be replaced.
