BQ34210-Q1: BQSTUDIO 1.3.101 data memory fail to write

so title is my problem

     after learning cycle , GPCpackaged update, get the report

     write this 

     

    export the file DF 

      040802.gg.csv

   then closed bqstudio 

   and  import this 040802.gg.csv

   commands unseal

   write all

   read all 

   

    see  the red places

   fail to write the DF into the BQ34210 

    PLEASE  HELP ME  point the wrong things

    Hello Fleming,

    I would recommend updating bqStudio to the test version and also make sure you have a stable supply voltage above 2.8V to make sure the flash write is successful.

    Can you send a picture of the bqStudio dashboard during your tests?

    it seems that .  i can change gas gauging but  i cannot gas gauing(rom default) . the red parts are in the gas gauging(rom default)

    ROM Default values are read-only memory, writing is not supported.

    so  the question is still that. i cannot write DF into bq34210 corrently.

    i give a stable supply voltage above 2.8V as you see in that picture.

    i used 104 test version to do the same things ,but comes out the same resoult

    is there some thing wrong or  missed here?

    Hi Fleming,

    All the procedure you need is in user guide SLUUBR7  Quickstart Guide for bq34210-Q1, refer to this guide for changing the parameters, remember to unseal the device and enter Configuration Update Mode as stated in the guide.
