UCC3895: UCC3895

Part Number: UCC3895

I am designing a PSFB using the UCC3895. I'm looking at SLUS157Q, page 8 of the data sheet "OUTPUTS". I see High Output = 250mv TYP, and Low output = 150mv Type.

These parameters are stated for ALL OUTPUT. I don't think this covers OUTA,B,C,D. This does not meet CMOS levels. Please confirm I am reading this correctly.

Thanks

  • Hi, Flack

The output structure of OUTA/B/C/D pin is based on totem-pole, output = 250mv TYP, and Low output = 150mv Type are tested with 10mA source current and sink current.

it means the pull high resistance is 25ohm of pull low resistance is 15ohm. So UCC3895 cannot drive power MOSFET directly. .
