My customer using TPS536C7, they face program fail problem as follow, could you please help comment how to deal with this issue?

Hi,

From the screen shot, it looks, customer is programming controller during RAIL_ON condition. Please turn-off rail and program the controller.

Hi Rama,

When programming, we have grounded the EN pin of controller.Is this what you said turn-off rail ？

In addition, we also tried to update Fision vision to V7.6.1 and changed the USB interface adapter, but it did not work.

Thanks for update. Please confirm, Both rails enable pins are shorted to GND.
