LM62460-Q1: excel calculation notes comments boxes in front of cell are not movable

Hello upon downloading the excel calculation spreadsheet , there are comment boxes , which cannot be moved, I cannot access the cell to use the spreadsheet

In excel go to the top bar "Review" - Comments, and click "Show/Hide Comments" or "Show All Comments" until the comments are removed.
