Hi

What is the difference between the following PN? I couldn't find any information on the datasheet:

1. TPS74501PQWDRVRQ1

2. TPS74501PBQWDRVRQ1

3. TPS74501PCQWDRVRQ1

    Hi Alexander,

    This information is in section 11.1.1 Device Nomenclature table in datasheet. For your reference - These differences are just in types of power-good output as well as the associated delay time:

    1. TPS74501PQWDRVRQ1 - open-drain power-good output with 150-us delay

    2. TPS74501PBQWDRVRQ1 - open-drain power-good output with 5-ms delay

    3. TPS74501PCQWDRVRQ1 - push-pull power-good output with 150-us delay

    These devices are interchangeable with each other if you are NOT using the PG-pin. (then it can be left floating or grounded).
