LM3658: Charge STAT error

Part Number: LM3658

Hi all. I used LM3658SD-A/NOPB with TS pin disabled. STAT1 and STAT2  1Hz-blinking when AC wall adapter connected whitout battery. Is that right？It seems not described in datasheet. Best regards

    Hello,

    If both STAT1 and STAT2 are on this indicates the pre-qualification mode aborts, you can see more in datasheet section on titled "pre-qualification mode"

    I see, but I think  ‘ON’ means constantly. Here is the video with adapter connected without battery
