LM2831: Overshoot of output voltage

Part Number: LM2831
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62825, TLV62569

Our board is powered by 5V.

3.3V is provided by local switching DC-DC converter LM2831YMF usually works well, but it doesn't work well when very short SAG (short time power cut) was happen.

5ms SAG makes VIN dropped to 3V and just after the SAG Vout reaches up to 3.99V for about 100us period.

It seems that the output voltage control is malfunctioning due to the drop in Vin-Vout caused by the Vout drop.

My questions are:

Is this correct behavior of LM2831YMF? Or kind of BUG?

How can I prevent this kind of overshoot voltage output?

Thank you in advance.
