    Hi Mickey,

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. The drawings in the datasheet are correct. When viewed from the top, pin 1 is in the upper left corner as shown in the recommended PCB layout. The mechanical drawing showing the pin locations on the package is viewed from the bottom with the package flipped over and pin 1 is in the lower right corner. It appears that the footprint produced by Ultra Librarian has pin 1 and 2 swapped. Apologies for any confusion. The datasheet always takes precedence over the other documents.
