Is there an apps note describing the detail of Open-Load, Adjacent pin short, PWM input frequency supervision diagnostic feature?
I would like to know.
1. LED Open Load detection
- mechanism of how to detect the open load condition
- detection criteria (numeric condition)
2. LED adjacent pin short
- detection criteria (numeric condition)
3. PWM monitor
- How much is the "tPWM"? and its min and max?
4. PWM0 to PWM5 need to be synchronized or is it ok that the timing is independent for all 6 channel?
5. Does this device have internal oscillator to clock internal logic?
