BQ24800: schematic review

Hi Fujiwara,

I don't see obvious errors in the schematic, but please note that the schematic has more CBATT capacitance than we use in the BQ24800 datasheet and EVM. Sections 8.2.1.2.6 and 8.2.1.2.7 in the datasheet provide more information about the CBATT recommendations. Also, it looks like some components are on a different page of the schematic, such as the input current sense resistor and the charge current sense resistor, so please verify that these connections are correct.
