TPS54340: AN-2162 calculation examples

Part Number: TPS54340

Team,

AN-2162 states two formulas (4) and (5) to calculate Cfa and Cfb. I am having issues with (5) and I get different results for calculating Cfb in examples 5.1 and 5.2.
Is formula (5) wrong?

  • Example 5.1
    • Cfa = 4.93uF
    • Cfb = 3.96uF (my calculation)
    • Cfb = 2.5uF (according to AN-2162)
  • Example 5.2
    • Cfa = 8.34uF
    • Cfb = 4.74uF (my calculation)
    • Cfb = 6.4uF (according to AN-2162)

Thanks and best regards!
