Under the default register setting of the BQ25896, my customer has power supply is coming by battery when both the battery and the DC jack are connected to our product, why might it happened?
Our design is that DC jack power is greater than the charge current, and DC jack has enough power to charge at the maximum current while simultaneously powering the system.
Could you kindly provide your insight about it? Thanks.
