UCC21750: Unipolar power supply for UCC21750 Gate Driver

I want to use a UNIPOLAR gate power supply. So my question is, should the VEE pin of UCC21750 to be shorted to COM directly or it has to be connected to COM with some capacitor? or is there any other alternative to be done?
