LMR14030-Q1: the output WAVE did not stable

Do you have the full P/N of LMR14030 you are using?

The SW waveform freq has jitter if Spread spectrum version is used.

Seems the circuit still works at DCM mode, you can increase load current to check if duty cycle and freq is stable.

CP53 can not be used unless in series with resistor

Is PL1 68uH or 6.8uH? 68uH is too big here

Is DP3 Schottky diode?

So the circuit design looks good.

The SW waveform has ringing at light load, the jitter maybe caused by varying trig point, pls try below:

1. increase load current till the SW waveform has fixed duty cycle

2. trig by inductor current signal

2, or change the scope trig setting: tune trig level, use Low freq noise rejection on trig signal etc..
